Refund policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. You can only return your items if the item is different than described. Photos are also part of the description of my articles. I always describe and photograph my items as best I can to make sure you get exactly what you see.

Different types of goods are exempt from return:
- Gift certificates

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted: (if applicable)

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only normally priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If the item is marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift value for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift voucher.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order to himself to give you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
